Maintenance Crews
Job duties include mowing, trimming, and removing branches/ waste to keep properties clean. Work 4 – 10 hour days. $16-19 per hour.
Landscaping Crews
Job duties involve installing trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and rock. Experience running skid loaders and excavators preferred. Work 4 – 10 hour days. Depends on experience, starting at $18 per hour.
Snow Removal Equipment Operators
Perform snow removal for commercial properties during winter months, on call. Operate skid loaders, front end loaders, and tractors. Experience required. $30 per hour.
Snow Removal Sidewalk Operators and Shovelers
Perform snow and ice removal from walkways, parking lots and driveways during winter months, on call. $30 per hour.
Salt Truck Operator
Application of bulk salt and pre-treating materials to commercial properties. Experience required. On call. $30 per hour.
Irrigation Technicians
Job duties involve system start ups, winterization, system maintenance/ repairs, new system installations and performing system audits. Starting at $22 per hour. Salary options available to include winter services. 2-3 years experience.
Fertilizer & Pesticide Applicators
Commercial Pesticide License required, including categories A & E. 2-3 years experience.
