Irrigation Management & Conservation
Irrigation systems require proper maintenance in order to run efficiently. Our certified technicians can perform routine inspections and full system audits, outlining any areas in need of correction or improvement to help save on costs and conserve water.
Services We Provide
Spring Start Up
Turn main water supply on, program controller (date, time, start times, zone run times), adjust turf rotors/ sprays, repair any leaks found and provide system recommendations.
Winterization
Irrigation systems need to be drained/ blown out to prevent damage from freezing. We shut off water supply, run through each zone either by a remote or the controller and blow out the entire system with compressed air. We drain backflow devices and remove RPZ valves as necessary.
Irrigation System Maintenance
We have several plans to choose from when it comes to the maintenance of your system. They vary from weekly checks to monthly checks where a complete system analysis is performed. The entire system is gone through checking for proper operation of the following items: water distribution, zone valves, turf rotors/ sprays, rain/ freeze sensors and backflow devices. The timing is also adjusted (seasonal adjustment) based on the time of year and current weather conditions.
Installations
Our commercial irrigation technicians are able to design and install new systems and/or add on to existing ones. We install all major brands (Hunter, Toro, Rain Bird, Irritrol) and even have WiFi controller options available.
Irrigation System Audits
We make recommendations to reduce costs associated with your current irrigation system and offer ways to water more efficiently. Saving you time, money and water.
RPZ Testing/Rebuilding
These are crucial components to an irrigation system. Annual testing is required by certified professionals and a Minnesota Plumbing License is required to rebuild RPZ valves. We carry these certifications and licenses which allows us to provide comprehensive service for your entire system.
